The famous couple Tahsan Khan and Rafiath Mitila have recently announced their divorce. They have been together as a married couple for nearly 11 years now, and have a daughter who just recently turned four.
They announced their divorce to fans over a Facebook post, though they seemed to be very civil about it.
Tahsan wrote in a post, that after a few months of trying to work out their differences together, they made a joint decision to file for divorce. They then went on to talk about how they feel as though the best option for raising a child would not be to be in a relationship solely based off of social pressure.
They apologized for the shock to their fans, but said they feel it would be the best way to make sure to have a healthy family as far as the raising of their child goes. With all of the pressure of being a couple, they felt they were not attending to the needs of their child as much as they should have been, and they feel now that they will have more time to focus on their child.
There has been no public announcement as to whether one of them is seeking custody, or if it will be split. Also, the couple seems to not have mentioned anything about asking for money from the other. Simply put, it seems like the divorce is overall very civil, and the two seem to be working things out quite well.
