Howard Mendelson, Esquire, an experienced New Jersey attorney, has been asked by the Camden County Bar Association to present an educational continuing legal education seminar. Litigation Lessons: How to Settle Your Losers, Try Your Winners and Know the Difference Between the Two will be presented on April 17, 2019 at the Cherry Hill Township Public Library (1100 Kings Highway North, Cherry Hills, NJ 08034) from 3:30-4:20 pm. Practicing attorneys who are members of the Camden County Bar Association may attend. Mr. Mendelson will present this course with Karl Frieidrichs, Esquire, another respected New Jersey trial attorney.
Mr. Mendelson is honored to be chosen as a presenter for a seminar on trial advocacy for local practicing attorneys in Camden County. The seminar will focus on strategies on how to know when to negotiate and when to go to trial.
About the Continuing Legal Education Course Day
The Camden County Bar Association is presenting an All-You-Can-CLE event, an all-day event, that allows practicing attorneys to complete half of their yearly CLE requirement in just one day for $100 or $150 for non-members. Registration can be done online. This continuing education event runs from 8:30 through 4:20 p.m. with 8 different short educational sessions with registration beginning at 8 am. This program is approved by the NJ CLE Board of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 8.0 hours of total CLE credit or 6 hours of substantive credits and 1.0 hour of credit for ethics or professionalism for the PA CLE Board.
