Happy New Year!
Mediation, arbitration, collaborative divorce, and zoom settlement conferences make much more sense these day than litigation; especially moving into the new year. Cheaper and faster! Blessed are the peacemakers…
While this new year was certainly different than last new year and, God willing, will also be very different from next year’s new year (2023!?), the “stuff” we’ve collectively endured since March of 2020 should, in the long run, make us all better people. Sickness humbles everyone. Like it or not, we’re all in this thing together.
That’s why, now more than ever, people should consider alternative dispute resolution alternatives to traditional litigation; litigation that, in the world of covid, may or may not ever be heard by the court. Mediation, arbitration, collaborative divorce, and zoom settlement conferences make much more sense these days than litigation; especially moving into the new year. Cheaper and faster!
Accordingly, if you have a family, education, employment, and/or real estate dispute that you would like to resolve rather than litigate, please consider utilizing our services to mediate and/or arbitrate same. The fact that you’re presently represented by (an) attorney(s) do(es) not mean you cannot still utilize the services of a mediator and/or arbitrator to move your matter along and/or to resolve same. We often work with attorneys and would invite you to speak with your own counsel regarding potentially retaining our services to resolve, rather than litigate, whatever differences you may have with whomever. “Blessed are the peacemakers…”
