Davis & Mendelson Named Top Attorneys by SJ Magazine

Howard and Marybeth Mendelson were recently named top attorneys in SJ Magazine’s “2018 Top Attorneys.” This honor is awarded annually by the attorney community to attorneys who they believe deserve special recognition. The list tells prospective clients which legal professionals “have made it to the top of their field” and are “committed to upholding – and fighting for – the letter of the law.” Howard and Marybeth thank their esteemed attorney peers who chose them as top lawyers.

Howard and Marybeth Mendelson: Experienced Family Law Attorneys in South Jersey

Howard, who was named top mediation lawyer by SJ Magazine, graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1986 when he met his wife and legal partner Marybeth Mendelson. She was also a graduate of Rutgers Law. Howard began practicing law as an associate with the Cherry Hill law firm of Davis, Reberkenny & Abramowitz. Howard and William Davis eventually founded the law firm of Davis & Mendelson, LLC. Howard is committed to providing cost-effective, problem-solving solutions to clients. Howard and Marybeth now live in Voorhees, NJ, where Howard  represents the Voorhees Township Board of Education and provides volunteer services on behalf of the Voorhees Township Police Department.

Marybeth, who was named top general lawyer by SJ Magazine, received a B.A. from Montclair State College and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law (Camden), where she graduated with Honors in International Law. Marybeth has been a member of the New Jersey Bar Association since 1989. She is also an active volunteer in her community through her church, children’s schools, and civic associations. She began her legal career as a family attorney; since her children have grown, she is excited to return to the practice of law. Marybeth utilizes her legal training and real-life experience to make “real differences for real people” in the areas of family law and education law at Davis & Mendelson.
