At this historic time, the safety of our clients, our office team, and our colleagues remain our top priority. Davis & Mendelson also recognizes the anxieties and potential legal issues that this “new normal” presents. We recognize that, now more than ever, our clients need us; we will accordingly continue to provide our clients and community with the compassionate help, legal advice and support that they have appropriately come to expect from the professionals working here at Davis & Mendelson.

We are aware that the coronavirus raises new issues for you and your family, and we are prepared to deal with them. We are following direction from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other relevant authorities as circumstances evolve. As of Wednesday, March 18, select members of our staff are keeping our office open and operational. The balance of our personnel will continue to work from home to promote social distancing. Our internal communication systems enable everyone on our team to work without interruption from remote locations. During this period, we will remain fully available by email and phone to support your needs. Our office’s main telephone number, (856) 627-0100, should be called if you need to reach us for any reason; if no one immediately picks up, please just leave a message and you will receive a return phone call from a “real person” within one hour of leaving your phone message or by 10:00AM the morning after we receive your phone message if we receive your message after 5:00PM. In addition, to ensure your safety and the safety of your family, we will conduct all meetings either by phone or video conferencing. We are also still accepting new clients and scheduling initial consultations by telephone or video conferencing.

Our service to our clients remains of paramount importance to us, and we are also monitoring the situation of the New Jersey Court system as we move our clients’ cases forward.
